Example 1 of 3 Welcome to Life Locale Mapping! This snippet (:43) walks into Alton, IL . . . the first example in a series of THREE, as destination-based, life-locale-based framing adds considerable drama and visual gravitas to individual storytelling.

Our next walk-in example is Porterville, CA . . . Click Here!

Production Notes: Walk-in mapping literally "steps" the viewer into the destination scene. While it's often a home, as above, it can also be an office, a business, a dorm, a club, a church, or some other special location. Where it's then most appropriate to organize and show photos, video clips, and memorabilia associated with that location.
While "fly-in" maps add motion – and a true sense of "flight" – stepped, "walk-in" maps can be individually revisited for an interesting study.
Note also that the real life version is faster (and more navigable) than the YouTube example here.
