Production Notes: Kathy's entrepreneurial vision – costume design – manifested itself in several ways, including the invention of "old time" photography concessions (of which there were more than twelve hundred around the country) was undoubtedly born in her love for paper dolls, which began with Dagwood & Blondie in Rochester, Illinois.
